The Phase 1 AIMS application served two automatic presses at Fulton Corporation.
- Kiosk interfaces with PIN login and production start/stop.
- Part counts, performance rates, downtime, and die-change logging.
- An on-prem management dashboard, history, and exports.
- Material traceability and role-based access.
The initial software scope brought production records, operator workflows, and management reporting into one application. The system has since moved from cloud hosting to an on-prem deployment.
